What is a headache?
Headache means having pain in the head, upper neck and sometimes in the shoulders. Headache is one of the most common pains. Almost everyone has had a headache.
Headaches have many causes. The most common type of headache is a tension headache and migraine. Tension headaches are due to tight muscles and stiffness in your shoulders, neck, scalp and jaw. Tension headaches are related to stress, depression, stiffness, anxiety and computer.
