Navid Zadeh

BSc, MSc physiotherapy, MHCPC, MCSP, Physio First UK, KNGF and IPA

Mr. Zadeh graduated in 2003 from Amsterdam University in Holland. Years later, in 2014, he achieved his MSc in advanced physiotherapy from the University of East London.

As a senior chartered physiotherapist,he has been managing Rose Clinic Performance Physiotherapy from 2003. Since then, he has attended many CPD courses and seminars. Currently, he is providing workshops and seminars in different places and has presented papers at various national and international physiotherapy conferences including three WCPT conferences and Physiotherapy UK (CSP) conferences.

In addition, Mr Zadeh is the host of a popular (Evidence Based) TV show (Health Management and Prevention) called "Zang Salamat" in Persian and has produced more than 380 episodes of the programme and posts educational videos to learn from on other sites and social media accounts.

He is a highly recommended physiotherapist, recommended for and by athletes, celebrities, musicians and politicians. This is due to to his extensive experiences and knowledge in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the promotion of living a healthy lifestyle and his inspiration and encouragement to do so.

He is a skilful practitioner and applies evidence-based practice to manage musculoskeletal conditions, work related injuries or ergonomics, sport injuries, postural abnormalities and biomechanics. This ability to treat such a variety of physical issues contributes to his success.

As part of his post-educational research, Navid authored a book on the professional code of ethics and patient rights for the Iranian Physiotherapy Association. He led a team of physiotherapists in conducting in-depth research on ethics, resulting in a publication available in both English and Persian.

William Richardson

Will graduated from King’s College London with a strong upper second-class degree (70%) and demonstrated first-class performance across his clinical placements. He demonstrated particular strength in communication, achieving a score of 100% in Motivational Interviewing as part of his communication module, and completed his undergraduate thesis on lower back pain. In his final year, Will achieved a First for his Quality Improvement Project, reflecting a strong interest in evidence-based practice and a commitment to continually improving patient care.

Clinically, Will delivers high-quality hands-on techniques and designs tailored, exercise-based rehabilitation programmes to meet individual needs. He places strong emphasis on understanding each patient’s goals and providing empathetic support, with a clear focus on helping people return to the activities they enjoy as safely and efficiently as possible.

Will is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Will’s broad clinical experience has equipped him to confidently manage a wide range of presentations across musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopaedic, community, and acute care settings.

Outside of the clinic, Will enjoys staying active and has a strong interest in sport, both participating in and following a wide range of sports. Will enjoys meeting friends and making the most of the many activities London has to offer, all accessible from his front door.
