Masterplus shockwave therapy
A focused treatment option for persistent pain.
Evidence-based shockwave therapy across Kensington · Notting Hill Gate · West London, combined with expert assessment, manual therapy and exercise when appropriate.
Targeted treatment
When recovery needs a different kind of input.
At Rose Clinic, treatment is guided by a detailed assessment and the most suitable combination of physiotherapy methods. For some persistent injuries that have not responded as expected to other treatment, Masterplus radial shockwave therapy may be considered.
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment delivered directly to the affected area. Acoustic waves are used as part of a broader plan to help manage pain and restore movement. Your physiotherapist will explain whether it is appropriate for your condition and goals.

Further modalities
Ultrasound therapy and electrotherapy.
Ultrasound therapy uses high-frequency sound waves as another potential modality for deep and superficial injuries. It may be used to support a treatment plan for tendon problems, bursitis, frozen shoulder, sports injuries and muscle aches.
Electrotherapy can also be considered for selected Musculoskeletal and nerve-related symptoms. Your physiotherapist will recommend treatment based on your assessment rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
